How to resolve a Housing and Productivity Contribution

This course provides council users and certifiers with an overview of how to review, finalise and resolve Housing and Productivity Contribution (HPC) cases within the NSW Planning Portal. The session will demonstrate the end-to-end process for both development applications (DA) and complying development certificates (CDC). 

The course will cover how to:

• locate the DA or CDC 

• verify key contribution inputs 

• calculate the correct contribution amount 

• manually trigger a contribution case 

• finalise the HPC as part of the assessment process.
