How to request additional information
Description
This course provides council users and certifiers with an overview of how to request additional information from an applicant through the NSW Planning Portal. This function is available across most services on the Portal, including development applications, complying development certificates and post-consent certificates.
The course will cover how to:
locate an application
create an additional information request
upload supporting documentation
review additional information submitted by the applicant
close an additional information request once the required information has been received
