Description

This training session demonstrates how a council user will review and process a request to surrender a development consent using the new NSW Planning Portal functionality. 

 

The course will cover how to:

  • review requests to surrender a development consent in the NSW Planning Portal

  • assess surrender requests and record an outcome

  • understand how surrender requests can impact related applications and certificates
