Description
This course provides applicants with a step-by-step overview of how to prepare and submit a development application using the NSW Planning Portal.
The course will cover how to:
initiate an application
enter applicant and site details
capture development and planning information
complete sustainability requirements
upload required documentation
enter housing and productivity contribution information where applicable
review and submit the application
respond to additional information requests
track your application
