Igniting Leadership Program is five day leadership program that delves into your strengths and focuses on developing your communications skills to help influence change and coach team members.
The Igniting Leadership Program will establish a solid foundation for your leadership journey. The program provides a framework and a new approach to leadership to ignite your leadership capacity now and into the future.

Igniting Leadership Program combines contemporary leadership principles (mindsets) with a range of tools (skill sets) to equip leaders for the complex challenges and expectations they face – from understanding themselves to managing their own teams and to engaging with and influencing the wide variety of stakeholders and situations that constitute today’s work life and leadership.
It is an excellent program for Novice and experienced managers alike to build their leadership skills.
