Independent Bottlers: An Evening with Ian McKinlay from Alba Whisky

Malt'n Gold is fortunate enough to be able to host the legendary Ian McKinlay of Alba Whisky on his most recent visit to Perth, the first time in 3 years, anyone has been able to snag him for a tasting here in Western Australia.

Ian McKinlay is a fountain of information regarding independent bottlers, with his cask selections for whisky clubs, bottleshops and bars throughout Australia, understanding the ins and outs of how independent bottlers work.

In the Alba Whisky portfolio there's amazing brands such as Gordon & MacPhail, Hunter Laing, Elements of Islay, Single Malts of Scotland and more.

Since Malt'n Gold has managed to kidnap him for the evening, he'll be walking us through a range of independent bottlings of all different styles, ages, cask maturations and more!

We'll be sampling at least 6 whiskies ranging in age from 10 years to 29 years old!  Get in fast for this tasting as we've only got Ian for one night only!

Your ticket price includes light nibbles for your enjoyment while sampling these whiskies.
