What to Expect at MyTime: Info Session
Event description
Being a parent is an important job. It’s easy to get caught up in looking after your child’s needs, but looking after yourself is important too.
Today we will be discussing MyTime – which is a time just for you. MyTime’s supported groups are a space where parents and carers of children with disability or other additional needs can feel understood, share ideas and access quality information and resources.
Debra Jefferis, an experienced MyTime facilitator from Noah’s Inclusion Services and member of the Kindred Community will join us to share insights into the program, including:
- What MyTime is and who is eligible.
- How to access MyTime in your local community or online.
- What to expect in a session
