Event description
Are you a parent of a child with disability in New South Wales wanting to feel more confident in navigating your child’s primary school education? Join our new workshop designed to empower you with the knowledge and tools to work in partnerships and effectively champion your child's inclusion and participation at school.
During this session, you'll learn how to:
- Recognise the crucial role you play in your child's educational journey
- Build strong partnerships with primary school teachers and staff
- Advocate effectively for your child's needs within the primary school environment
- Collaborate with therapists and specialists to enhance your child's experience in school
Through this interactive workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to share experiences, learn from other families, and apply practical strategies and frameworks to your family’s unique situation, helping your child thrive in their primary school years.

- Families of children with disability, developmental delay and Autism.
- While our events are primarily designed for these families, we value inclusivity and welcome all who would like to participate.
