Description

Training Description: During this training, clinicians will learn about the theory of Dialectical Behavior Therapy as developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan. Clinicians will be introduced to the skills of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Clinicians will learn techniques to incorporate these skills into therapy with a variety of populations.
