Event description

Professional Development and Morning Tea Celebrating those who work to support others

This International Women's Day, we invite you to take time for Joy and Celebration,  Invest in your own Well-being and  #InspireInclusion,

Join like-hearted and like-minded colleagues for this Empowering Workshop and Morning Tea, to

  • Celebrate your own, and others' strengths and achievements,
  • Discover practical strategies offered through Self-Compassion to regain balance, prevent exhaustion, and short-circuit burnout, and
  • Understand the importance of including yourself in your own Circle of Compassion.

Why Attend?

We know that you and all caring professionals are passionate about your work in supporting the well-being of others. You have a deep capacity for empathy and fostering meaningful connections with others.

We also know that caring for others without taking care of yourself can take a toll on your mental and physical health.

Across the health, care and support sectors, the overwhelmingly female workforce reports increased burnout, and reduced optimism, well-being and resilience.

We need to inspire a revolution in the way we value, support, and uplift those who take care of others' well-being.

Join Us to Learn How.

It starts with you.

Your well-being matters.
