In celebration of Father's Day, we are partnering with Cannon Valley Ranch and Jack's Bottle Shop ~ Grillin and Chillin in the alley and learning about meats and Single Malt Whiskeys!

This class is all about big flavor, bold techniques, and serious cooking. We’re diving into the kind of dishes that make an impression but also itching that scratch we men need. We’ll be feasting on and learning about hearty cuts, rich sauces, deep sears, and slow braises that bring out every ounce of flavor. 
From smoky, spice-crusted roasts to fall-apart tender braised meats, these recipes celebrate the craft of cooking with confidence. You’ll learn how to handle strong cuts, build flavor from the ground up, and turn simple ingredients into plates that command attention. Ladies get ready to fall in love with your man again!
