Parents, unwind at Paradiso while the kids participate in a fun, engaging yoga class on the grass of civic park!
Kids yoga class incorporates;
- Breath work to support emotional regulation
- Tricky yoga poses to practice at home
- Fun yoga games to foster a sense of playfulness and connection
- Mindfulness activity and take home affirmation rock
- Ending in savasana, practicing relaxation and meditation
We have a booking at Paradiso so you are guaranteed a seat with your little ones in range while you sit back, relax and indulge in what ever you like... a book, a chat, a coffee, wine. This is your time while the kids are empowered with valuable, take home tips and tricks.
