Know Your Brand: Session 1 of 4, Canva & ChatGPT Workshop Series
Description
Before you open Canva, do you actually know what you're trying to say? Not roughly, not "it's sort of about our services". Actually know, like you could tell someone in one sentence without using the word "solutions".
This is the morning you work that out, on paper first, with a pen, before any software gets involved. It's Session 1 of a four-part workshop series at the WBA venue in Wanneroo, run by Andy Kahle of AndyK Design.
You'll leave with
A one-page brand sheet: your one sentence, your one real customer, three words for how you sound, your colours with their codes, your two fonts and your logo.
What we'll do
Write your one sentence, and say it out loud to the person next to you
Describe one real customer, in their own words
Find your voice by reading your own writing out loud
Read your colours off your logo, and choose supporting colours
Choose two fonts
Build it all into a one-page brand sheet, from a template I give you
Bring
Your laptop, your charger and a working paid Canva login
Your logo as a file, open on your laptop
Three pieces of your own writing: posts, emails or a page from your website
Two or three brands you like, and one you don't
You don't need ChatGPT this morning. It comes in Session 2.
Who it's for
Small business owners who do their own design and their own posts, and want it all to look like one business.
Bonus
Book all four sessions and your 30-minute DIY Support check-in is included.
