We cover foundation skills involved in raising the crema and how to achieve controlled contrast for your latte art patterns. This class is limited to two people to ensure your time is spent with maximum attention from the trainer. 

With two hours dedicated to mastering your milk preparation, steaming and pouring techniques, this workshop will give you the practical skills to produce silky smooth steamed milk, pour latte art, and manage multiple orders at once.
