Leadership Event | Senior Leader Dinner | Brisbane
Event description
Senior Leaders Dinner with Guest Speaker Andy Truscott
Is It Worth Taking The Risk?
As the social impact of 2020 unfolds, the potential for harm associated with alcohol and other drugs in the workplace has increased.
Some people may find themselves drinking or using substances more to cope with anxiety, negativity, stress and our changing environment. Add to that the unknown impact of alternating your work environment from home to the office, the potential for 'overstepping the mark' has increased.
Passionate about workplace safety, our guest speaker is Andy Truscott, Gold Coast / Tweed Heads principal for Drug-Safe Workplaces. With nearly 20 years in this field, Andy will share his experiences including; The Focus on “Well-Being Programs”; Pre-employment screenings; Work related issues vs non work related; Testing for impairment; Fatigue Management; and Mental Health.
As we sail through these uncharted waters, can we afford to take the risk?
