Leadership Event | Senior Leaders Dinner | Brisbane
Senior Leaders Dinner with a Guest Speaker.
The strength of a business lies around the effectiveness of teams within. The general method of this is for leaders to take control and drive business strategies, goals and objectives, but what if we could move towards more autonomous teams? These teams manage themselves with minimum supervision, they make their own decisions including handling daily tasks and responsibilities.
Is this achievable, what are some of the key characteristics to make this happen?
Come along and enjoy an evening of good food, good company and a great presentation.
