Learn How to Beatbox
Ages 8–14
Time: 11:30am - 1pm
Join skilled local beatboxer, Samonsounds to learn the basics of beatboxing. Practice techniques to create rhythms, sound effects and beats using your voice and vocal box.
Explore how to build beats using simple sounds like the classic “boots and cats,” experiment with vocal techniques, and start layering your own rhythm patterns.
No experience necessary — just bring your curiosity and a willingness to make some noise! This workshop is perfect for kids who love music, want to try something new, or just enjoy expressing themselves in creative and playful ways.
All materials provided
Participants need to bring a snack, and a water bottle.
If your child has additional needs or requires extra assistance, please get in touch with us prior to the workshop.
