Experience a long table dinner in the historic Old Power Station at the Premier Mill Hotel, hosted by Limeburners founder and head distiller Cameron Syme.
Enjoy a Giniversity cocktail and canapes on arrival, followed by a four-course dinner paired with Limeburners whisky (or Great Southern region wines for guests who prefer wine).
The menu features produce from our Great Southern region, including local venison, Stirling Range beef, Mount Barker chicken, Plantagenet pork, Dellendale cheese and more.
Live music by Katanning locals Winston Brothers Acoustic and Ash & Grace.
Ticket includes a cocktail and canapes on arrival, four-course dinner paired with Limeburners whisky (or Great Southern wine) and live music.
