Event description

What would people say about you when you’re not in the room? Your brand is the stories that people share about you and it doesn’t matter whether you’re a small business, multinational, not for profit or a global franchise – everyone has a brand and everyone has a story.

The reality is people are already sharing these stories about you – both the good and bad. The great news is you have the opportunity to shape them.

In her new book, Magnetic Stories: Connect with Customers and Engage Employees with Brand Storytelling (Wiley $29.95), best-selling author and leadership specialist Gabrielle Dolan draws upon her extensive experience to provide a practical guide to unpacking your brand story to rapidly improve customer and employee loyalty, regardless of size or industry.

It's been described as – “the book that makes you feel like running back to your work and completely re-thinking how you tell your company’s story, if not your own.”

The Centre for Strategic Communication Excellence presents: Magnetic Stories: Connect with Customers and Engage Employees with Brand Storytelling – an evening with Gabrielle Dolan. This event is proudly supported by IABC Victoria.

This event is for communication professionals, business leaders and anyone else who wants to take control of their brand and generate and share stories with a powerful magnetic attraction.

The ticket price includes a signed copy of Gabrielle’s new book.
