Bleu Duck Kitchen is bringing Maine to Minnesota for a night! Join us for a meet and greet with The Man. The Myth. The Legend. John Herrigal, owner and operator of Maine Oyster Company!
Maine Oyster Company is where we source 80% of the oysters we serve at Bleu Duck. Each week they are harvested and delivered to our doorstep in less than 24 hours, ready for you to enjoy! We've fallen in love with Maine and everything it has to offer, and we want to share that with you! We've designed a menu of all of our favorite foods and drinks from Maine, and John will be here for the evening!
