Make a Wild Mandala: A meditation
Event description
In this two-hour session we’ll gather wild materials from seeds to flowers, leaves, sticks and rocks to create a wild mandala. Mandala making starts with observation. What’s seeding this season? What’s flowering? What leaves can we see of unique shapes and various sizes, and how can we fit them all together in beautiful patterns? Together in our group we will create a large mandala. At the end, beyond photos, we keep nothing. The mandala is dispersed to the winds – an exercise in letting go. Join us for this wonderful Saturday Nature Craft session to observe, work together and learn the art of release.
