Pilates with Alana Robinson
Always wanted to try Pilates? Already a regular and keen to move alongside others?
Join us for this special one-off Pilates class with Alana from Pilates New Plymouth. Workout watching the sunrise on Level 5 of Ngāmotu House.
This welcoming full-body session is designed for all levels, with a focus on moving with breath, intention, precision and flow. You’ll build control, mobility and confidence while moving your spine in all directions.
Alana brings more than 20 years’ teaching experience, global STOTT PILATES® certification, a Bachelor in Sport & Exercise and more than 10 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer. She specialises in helping people not only move better, but feel better for the long term, and work towards surpassing their personal goals. Athletic conditioning is a particular passion, alongside her Advanced Reformer Pilates classes.
Come along, give it a go, or enjoy a fresh class experience if Pilates is already part of your routine.
After your workout, enjoy high-protein, low-guilt dessert tubs from WHEYD UP, made fresh right here in Taranaki.
