Services marketing is focused on promoting your business’ service/aftermarket capabilities. In other words, getting more revenue from your installed or delivered products.

Whether it be a physical spare part, or your expertise in delivering training or conducting a detailed inspection/audit of a piece of equipment, these are products that deliver value to the client. Most companies do a great job of marketing their physical products, but often do not give the same attention to their aftermarket offerings.

If you have a service or customer support team, or a technical and product solutions team, or provide any form of aftermarket service/support, then this online event is for you.

Jonathan has over 35 years of practical and hands-on, industrial experience, developing and growing businesses across high-value capital equipment and fast-paced FMCG environments.

• 11 years with the Printing Machinery Division of the MAN Group in Germany and Australia, as Deputy VP Sales Asia Pacific and Country Managing Director for ANZ.

• 6 years as General Manager Australia for Adhesif Print Group, a high-volume label and packaging manufacturer, supplying key FMCG clients including Colgate Palmolive, Kraft Heinz, Symbion Health, Goodman Fielder and Fosters.

• 8 years as a Partner with Catalyst Global (.net), delivering Services Marketing, Management, Sales and Service Excellence Programs to blue chip, machinery and equipment companies across the globe.
