Unlock the Power of Strategic Planning with "Mastering Program Logic: The Easy-PEASI Approach"

Are you ready to tackle complex challenges and transform your ideas into impactful results? Our "Mastering Program Logic: The Easy-PEASI Approach" course equips you with a proven methodology to plan, implement, and evaluate programs confidently or solve complex service issues

Designed for professionals across sectors, this course introduces the PEASI methodology—Problem, Enabler, Activity, Successes, Impact—a structured yet flexible framework to address complex challenges effectively. In six comprehensive steps, you'll learn how to break down intricate problems into manageable components, ensuring that every program you create is set up for success. The Easy-PEASI approach simplifies program logic, making it accessible to everyone, regardless of experience.
