ABOUT THIS EVENT
Join us for another adventure in Churchill National Park on our next Social Walk with expert guide Adam on Sunday the 12th of January as complete the Stonemasons Track, Woodland Walk and Channel Track.
Our Social Walks are a great way to get outside, get your body moving and make some amazing new friends along the way!
WHAT TO EXPECT
The Stonemasons Track, Woodland Walk and Channel Track is a moderate hike (300m of elevation) and requires a reasonable level of fitness to complete - but beginners are welcome however there are a few small hills that may test you.
This hike includes some hills, occasionally walking on some rocky trails and bushwalking which can be slippery and muddy when wet.
The trail includes some beautiful views of Churchill National Park, amazing native fauna and most importantly a great chance to spot heaps of Kangaroos and Wallabies. If we get really lucky we may even find some Echidnas!
Starting from the Churchill National Park Car Parking area, this hike will be around 10kms return.
The Hike should take between 3.5 to 4 hours to complete depending on our pace and how long we stop for a picnic lunch.
START TIME AND MEET LOCATION
Meeting Location: Churchill National Park Car Parking area (Entrance located on the Army Track off Churchill Park Drive)
Meeting Time: Arrive between 9:30am for a 10:00am Departure.
Parking - There is plenty of free parking at Churchill National Park (just after the entrance gate) (accessible via exiting off Churchill Park Drive where the main entrance is located).

WHAT TO BRING
- Water (at least 2-3L)
- Snack food for the hike
- Lunch - We will be stopping for lunch during the hike
WHAT TO WEAR
- Comfortable fit for purpose Walking Shoes
- Comfortable Weather Suitable Clothing (check weather the night before).
- Hat / Sunglasses & Sun Protection
FINISH
The Hike should take around 3.5 - 4 hours with small breaks to enjoy some sightseeing and a stop for lunch.
We will finish back around where we started around 2pm, however, the event times are not always perfect, so please allow for a later return time.
