Join wonder guide Luisa for another amazing Social Walk as we walk along the Geelong foreshore at Sunset!!

Our Social Walks are a great way to get outside, get your body moving and make some amazing new friends along the way!

WHAT TO EXPECT

The Geelong Foreshore is a beautiful and vibrant stretch of waterfront in Geelong, Victoria, Australia, offering both natural beauty and recreational opportunities. Situated along the shoreline of Corio Bay, the foreshore is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike.

This 6.9-km out-and-back walk is generally considered an easy route, and should take an average of 1.5 hours to complete and will take place along the popular Rippleside Beach trail. it will also offer some amazing views of both the water and Geelong at sunset!

START TIME AND MEET LOCATION

Meeting Location: Geelong Railway Station

Meeting Time: Arrive between 6.50pm for a 7:00pm SHARP Departure. The walk should finish at 9.30pm.

WHAT TO BRING

- Water (at least 1-2L)

- Snack food for the hike

- Money for a celebratory drink afterwards

WHAT TO WEAR

- Comfortable Walking Shoes

- Comfortable Weather Suitable Clothing (check weather the night before). 

- Hat / Sunglasses & Sun Protection

FINISH

The Hike should take around 2 hours with small breaks to enjoy some sightseeing and for photos. 

We finish back where we started where we can gather to then head to a local pub.
