Mental Health First Aid (UC Staff)
Event description
The UC Medical and Counselling Centre is supporting the UC community by offering Standard Mental Health First Aid to UC staff at a subsidised fee of $150.00 (paid by the staff member's department or paid for privately).
Led by a Licensed Instructor, Mental Health First Aid is a practical skills-based education program that equips people with the skills and confidence needed to recognise and respond to someone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.
