Mindful Menstruation is a 6-week course to support your menstrual cycle awareness & reclamation journey.
Participants will obtain support and resources to track their cycles, decode their symptoms, and build supportive daily rhythms aligned with hormonal patterns. Through nutrition, lifestyle, self-compassion, and mindfulness, women can restore balance, reduce discomfort, and reconnect to their cyclical power.
Julie Engle is a Certified Functional Hormone Specialist, Integrative Nutrition Coach and Women’s Menstruation educator specializing in menstrual health and cycle awareness. Her programs blend evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and mindful awareness practices to help women transform menstrual challenges into opportunities for growth and healing through fostering self-connection.
