You’re invited to recharge with a guided meditation session led by your fellow faculty member, Taryn Greig, from the Melville School of Business. Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this session offers a chance to pause, reset, and cultivate a sense of calm amid the demands of academic life.
