In today’s fast-paced world, more and more people are turning to the time-honoured practices of mindfulness and meditation to reduce stress, restore calm, and regain clarity.
Join us for a morning workshop where you will:
- Learn meditation techniques to calm and still the restless mind.
- Explore mindfulness practices for everyday situations, helping you maintain calmness and compassion even in life’s most challenging moments.
The workshop will be led by Ben Adcock, a senior student of Tibetan Buddhist Master Lama Choedak Rinpoche. Ben has over 20 years of experience teaching meditation to people from all walks of life, including at workplaces, schools, health retreats, and clinical settings.
This workshop is suitable for everyone—from complete beginners to those looking to refresh their meditation practice.
