Mindfulness Walk and Yoga at the Punchbowl Lookout
Event description
Join Lisa and Dawn from Big Heart Adventures for a morning of health and wellbeing. Your walk leader Lisa will guide you through a slow mindful walk to the spectacular Punchbowl Lookout for a earthly Dru yoga with Yogi Dawn Marsh. The yoga session will run for 60 minutes and will include gentle stretches and movements allowing you to connect with nature and yourself.
Accessibility
Walk distance is 1km on an accessible Grade 2 trail from the carpark to our yoga spot and back again. If you have any accessibility requirements or have any questions, you can call Lisa Murphy with any questions on 0418 802 361.
Who is this event for?
Minimum age requirement is 15 years old as long they are accompanied by a supervising adult. No experience necessary and perfect for beginners.

What to Bring:

- Sun protection
- Insect repellent
- Drinking water (1 litre minimum)
- High energy snacks/fruit
- Yoga mat, towel or cushion
- Clothing suitable for yoga (sports wear)

- This event will be cancelled in the event of severe weather or a total fire ban being declared in the Mt Lofty Ranges Fire Ban District.
