"Our Mini Meditation Retreats are different from most. In addition to learning some simple meditation practices that can be done on the fly for just a minute or two, or for extended meditations, we explore how you can use these tools in your life for better self-care in a way that is practical, and show you why you would want to," said Tanya.
"People attend the Mini Meditation Retreats for various reasons. Some people are just looking to take some time out for themselves and do something that is kind, caring and nurturing. Others bring a friend, partner, daughter/son, mother/father/family so they can share the experience together, support each other and maybe even deepen their relationship. We also have people who attend the retreat wanting to achieve a specific outcome like finding new ways they can deal with a difficult or challenging situation in their workplace or at home, developing a regular meditation practice and staying motivated, or exploring some tools that can help them be a better communicator and/or listener. Each retreat is unique and personally tailored to meet the needs of each individual attending."
