Are you interested in making your own miso?
Come and Join Chie Morley at Source where she will teach you how to make your own miso from scratch! No previous knowledge or experience is necessary.
Chie hails from Tokyo, Japan. She has been living in Hobart since 2005, and has been making her own miso for years.
