    Learn and practice Yoga and mindfulness. Now as well, in the comfort of your house, with an option to join via zoom.

    Yoga and mindfulness is a great practice to increase flexibility strength, and resilience, mentally, physically and emotionally. This class is open to every one regardless to prevues experience and run by donations.

    If coming for the first time, please come 5-10 min earlier to fill out a short health declaration.

    Fridays 8:30-9:45am @ 25 Bush Haven Drive (please park inside the property or next to the yurt)
