Fun movement-based activity sessions for children 4 – 8 years old with a parent / carer.
Sessions may include activities to improve;
- focus and concentration
- creating calmness
- clear speech and language
- concentration and sitting still
- balance and posture.
- handwriting and hand eye co-ordination
- reading
- switching on for easier learning
EXERCISES FOR HOME, PRE-SCHOOL, CHILDCARE, SCHOOL
Some of the activities were developed by Brendan O’Hara (Kinesiologist and Musician), some are based on Brain Gym or Kinesiology for Kids.
There will be songs / dances / beanbag activities.
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in easily.
