Fun movement-based activity sessions for children 4 – 8 years old with a parent / carer.

Sessions may include activities to improve;

• focus and concentration
• creating calmness
• clear speech and language
• concentration and sitting still
• balance and posture.
• handwriting and hand eye co-ordination
• reading
• switching on for easier learning

EXERCISES FOR HOME, PRE-SCHOOL, CHILDCARE, SCHOOL

Some of the activities were developed by Brendan O’Hara (Kinesiologist and Musician), some are based on Brain Gym or Kinesiology for Kids.

There will be songs / dances / beanbag activities. 

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in easily.
