Prioritise self care this season, take some well deserved time out and join us for an 8 week yoga inspired playgroup experience as we connect to self, connect to other mums and bubs and bond with baby by including them in our self-care practice of movement and mindfulness. 🧘♀️✨
Combining the principles of yoga and playgroup, our Mums & Bubs classes offer a safe, welcoming, judgement free space to engage both you and your baby with lots of playful songs and poses.
We will introduce the 8 limbs of yoga and how they can be applied to the journey of motherhood and guide you through a gentle sequence of targeted poses aimed at assisting your recovery in the first 3 years after birth. Focusing on improving your pelvic floor and core abdominal strength while relieving tension in your back, hips and shoulders.
Some weeks you may wish to focus on strength or balance, other weeks you may be happy to get out of the house and sit and relax with your baby as we share experiences. There are no expectations. These classes are designed to hold a space for you, as dedicated Mumma's to simply come and be 💕🌸🧘♀️
Please bring a small blanket or pillow for your baby to ensure their comfort. This is a nursing and nappy friendly environment, attend to your baby's needs as required. Mats are provided, please bring water to stay hydrated and wear something comfortable that you can move freely in.
No yoga experience necessary, suitable for beginners, babies and practiced yogis

You must have clearance from your doctor to resume exercise after birth
