Mums & Daughters' Menstrual Education Workshop

This is one of the most powerful things you can do for your daughter - and yourself.

In this intimate 4-hour workshop, you'll bond, laugh, and leave your daughter feeling confident, informed and genuinely excited about becoming a woman.

What we cover:

• The full journey of puberty - body, emotions, and identity

• The whole menstrual cycle (not just bleeding) - and the wisdom within it

• Nature's cycles and how they mirror our own

• Menarche as a Rite of Passage - and why that framing changes everything

• Healing the Mother Line - the beliefs and stories we unconsciously pass on, and how to rewrite them

Best ages: 9 years and up (depending on maturity and development), through to recently commenced menstruation.
