This webinar aims to give you confidence in understanding the Individualised Living Options (ILO) process and dispel the myths and rumours around what it funds, who can access it and how it works.

Zuzanna Napieralski - Business Development Manager - Individualised Living Options (ILO)

Zuzanna is the Business Development Manager for Individualised LIving Options (ILO) at Hireup, but she prefers to see her role as one of educating the sector about all the different ways ILO arrangements can be implemented with NDIS participants.  She is a community minded business development and engagement manager with a background in not-for-profit, event coordination, marketing, sales and brand awareness.  Her passions are in co-design and strategic partnerships, connecting the dots between participants and providers to apply holistic actionable solutions that are the foundation of a great Individualised Living Options (ILO) arrangement. Oh and one time she did a 1 minute TEDX talk about the importance of open communication.
