Event description

Caring for a child with disability, delay or autism is a meaningful and demanding role—and taking steps toward returning to work can feel both empowering and challenging.

Join this MyTime peer group to explore what returning to work could look like for you. We’ll explore flexible roles, the value of volunteering, and practical ways to overcome barriers.

Connect with others who understand, get inspired, and start thinking about your next steps with confidence. There’s no pressure only real conversation and opportunities to ask questions and share experiences.

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO PRIVACY CONSIDERATIONS THESE SESSIONS ARE NOT RECORDED.

This event is facilitated by Kristy

Kristy is the proud parent of Dash, an inquisitive, gentle-hearted, and wonderfully funny 8-year-old. Dash is Autistic, has ADHD, and global development delay. Kristy likes to say that Dash "got it from his Mama", as she identifies as AuDHD herself. A passionate advocate for her family, Kristy thrives as a parent peer facilitator, dedicated to sharing her insights, celebrating neurodivergent joy, and connecting with other families on a similar journey.
