How do you feel after spending time in nature?
Learn about and experience nature therapy, also known as forest bathing, in this small group guided session under the sweeping Benjamina figs of Wirreanda Park, Buderim. Join this session to spend some time re-connecting with nature and yourself. Families welcome, terrain is flat and friendly, toilets nearby.
Guided nature therapy follows a sequence of activities that awaken our senses and help us develop our relationship with nature, the more-than-human world. It is a simple and down-to-Earth practice that improves our wellbeing, strengthens connection to self, nature and other humans and acknowledges and reveres country.

Meeting details and other important information will be shared with registered attendees via email before the event date. Preparation for the experience requires my knowing how many participants are joining in advance, and having your contact details in case of an event cancellation or change due to weather.
