Michelle Gregory
Hi! I’m Michelle, and I’m passionate about helping people build healthy, sustainable lives from the inside out! 🙂 Over the past 20 years I’ve worked across hospitality, business and community spaces, building businesses, creating events and supporting people through real-world challenges. My passion for food, wellbeing and human capability started early and eventually led me to become a Chef, open cafés and later study Nutrition after seeing firsthand how stress, burnout and overwhelm were impacting so many people’s ability to thrive. I’ve started businesses from the ground up from a food truck and award-winning burger bar through to a healthy vending machine business focused on better everyday choices. Along the way, I’ve learned that wellbeing is about so much more than just “eating your veggies” It’s about energy, confidence, routines, mental wellbeing and practical skills that fit into YOUR real life. Through Nourish to Flourish and Elevate Health & Wellness my vision is that people better understand the connection between food, stress, emotions and wellbeing in a way that feels supportive, realistic and empowering - and not overwhelming!
