Event description

Studio 34 supports so many benefit events every year.

But how can an individual possibly support them all?

This crowdfund campaign makes that happen.

Studio 34: A Space With Benefits

In the first quarter of 2025, Studio 34 donated space to over a dozen fundraisers. Many supported local organizations that address community health and gender disparity, including Assata's HouseSerenity House, and Masculinity Action Project. Some helped our neighbors with medical costs, such as the Aztec dance event in March, or the concert for Black Trans Mustual Aid in April. And others built global solidarity with people in crisis—our ongoing partnerships with Yogis for PalestineLa La Lil Jidar, and Jewish Voice for Peace raise have direct relationships with people living in Gaza. Every time we host an arts event, Humanitix contributes to education in underserved populations. Much of our work is non-transactional in that we just provide a space for people to gather, create, and celebrate.

The cost of running any event—fundraiser or not—isn't free. This means that we currently have a cap on the number of community fundraisers we host,. Sometimes we might need to book an event that will bring in revenue over something whose value cannot be measured in dollars. We would rather not worry about money and just continue to offer our space to people who need it. Therefore 34 Arts has set up this crowdfund to cover some costs.

What will your gift do?

  • $100 offsets the cost of a single event
  • $200 does that and also contributes to that event's cause
  • $500 will support a quarterly event series
  • $1,000 makes a monthly series possible
  • Any amount adds to the pool and brings us closer to our goal
  • If we reach our goal of $34,000, we will be able to donate event space to low-income and underserved groups through the end of next year—December, 2026

Two Ways to Donate:

  1. Right here (you'll support Humanitix campaigns as well)
  2. Make a tax-deductable donation through our fiscal sponsor at this link
