    The Home Care Workforce Support Program is committed to supporting Home Care Providers in strengthening their capacity to support their workforce under the new Aged Care Quality Standards.

    Join us for an engaging and informative 1.5-hour webinar to help develop a better understanding of Organisational Governance in Home Services.

    During this 1.5 hour webinar, participants will:

      • Explore the essential components of good organisational governance and service design for home services
      • Gain a clear understanding of what good organisational governance requires on a day-to-day basis in the context of home care service delivery and how it ties in with clinical governance
      • Explore the new standards in terms of expectations for management and overall governance
      • Discover how to monitor and measure organisational governance effectiveness within their organisations.
