Conscious movement inquiry is a way of inquiring into our true nature through moving the body in presence. There is a vast landscape of stories, memories, patterns, impulses, sensations stored in the body psyche and conscious movement is a way of accessing and becoming aware of this landscape.
"The fastest way to still the mind is to move the body" Gabrielle Roth
Dreaming or Visualisation Meditation is a lying down guided meditation, where you deeply relax the body and are taken into the subconscious dreaming realm of limitless potentiality. It provides a space to let go of the usual confinements, doubts and fears and get to be shown your true deepest desires and life's creative potential. It's a place to experience your life's potential and the feeling of it all happening right now.
Much Love
