Pivotal Wellbeing 9D (activation) Breathwork - Releasing Guilt and Shame
Event description
Releasing Guilt & Shame
Guilt and shame don’t just live in the mind; they live in the body.
They tighten the chest. Weigh heavy on the shoulders. Leave knots in the stomach and a lump in the throat.
They can eat away at us, whisper that we’re not enough, and over time, they shape how we move, breathe, and see ourselves.
Sometimes, it becomes so much that we can’t even look people in the eye… or our own reflection in the mirror.
We start to shrink, to hide, to pull away from the world — from connection, from joy, from ourselves.
But what if you could let that go?
What if, with each breath, you could begin to soften what’s been held for far too long?
There’s no need to relive the past. Just breathe, feel, and allow.
✨ As the body lets go, something beautiful happens,
the chest opens, the mind quiets, and a deep sense of peace begins to rise.
You remember what it feels like to be free, light, and at ease in your own skin.
If you’ve been carrying guilt, regret, or the weight of old stories… this is your time to release, restore, and return home to yourself.
With each 9D journey, you will experience and release exactly what your body needs and is ready too. Grounded in science-backed techniques, these sessions combine conscious connected breathwork with sound frequencies, guided voice, and subconscious reprogramming tools to shift your brainwaves, regulate your nervous system, and release stored tension in the body.
Our aim is to create a safe and supportive space where you can fully embrace the 9D experience—allowing you to release, reset, and create the change you seek
