Morning Wake Up!
At various times for various reasons, it can be an ongoing or periodic challenge to just do the basics each day. In this session, we’ll body double for each other to tackle the small rituals at the beginning of the day: getting out of bed, getting dressed, having a shower, making and eating breakfast, brushing teeth, etc. Hint: Joining on phone from bed (clothed!) or in ya dressing gown is entirely appropriate!
General Structure
A 1.5-hour co-working session for focused action in a supportive small group (max 4 people).
Structure:
- Arrival & Intention Sharing (15 mins) – Settle in, share what you're working on.
- Focused Work Time (1 hour) – Get things done in a quiet, low-pressure space.
- Wrap-Up (15 mins, optional) – Share progress or next steps if you choose.
Optional Supports:
- Camera on/off for facilitator and participants.
- Optional check-ins (I can turn my camera on every 15 mins for a quick pep talk or debrief).
- Choice to mute audio during focus time.
- Use your own support strategies—timers, sensory aids, stimming, self-paced rest breaks, Pomodoro, etc.
- You can contact me privately via chat at any stage during the session.
