Participants will explore tools and strategies to build resilience, set healthy boundaries, manage stress, and foster a culture of care within their teams—creating stronger, more sustainable impact from the inside out.

This workshop is delivered by It Takes a Team, a social enterprise committed to improving community mental health literacy. With nearly 30 years’ combined experience in youth and community services, the team offers Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training, tailored education programs, and personal coaching. 50% of profits are reinvested into free community training to ensure mental health skills are accessible to all.
