As NSW Special Minister of State, Minister for Transport, Minister for the Arts, Minister for Music and the Night-time Economy, and Deputy Leader of the Government in the Legislative Council, John Graham is committed to building and upgrading a transport network that connects people to jobs, housing, and each other through vibrant communities.
