RA Industry Lunch | Duncan Elliott | 2023 (MEL)
Event description
Join us at our next Melbourne Industry Luncheon on Thursday October 19 for the opportunity to hear from new Major Road Projects Victoria CEO Duncan Elliott.
After recently taking charge of the organisation that combines the existing MRPV Projects with the North East link Program and West Gate Tunnel Project, Duncan will outline the key challenges the industry must face together in order to lift productivity and performance.
Along with providing insights into the progress of MRPV’s two State-shaping projects, Duncan will highlight the impact that increased collaboration with construction partners has had on driving successful outcomes in procurement, project delivery, sustainability and building capability and capacity.
