RA is committed to building a transport sector workforce that attracts and retains a more diverse workforce for the future. To further build on this RA will be holding a series of lunches around the country to support 2023 International Women's Day.

Judith Formston
Deputy Chief Executive
Department of Infrastructure and Transport
Judith Formston is the Deputy Chief Executive and Head of People and Corporate Services at the Department for Infrastructure and Transport. Judith has worked in the South Australian Government over the past 20 years, working in Corporate, Policy, and Executive Roles across Government.
Judith is passionate about innovation, diversity and flexibility in the workplace and has taken a lead role in diversity & inclusion and implementing flexible working practices across the Department for Infrastructure and Transport.
Judith has a degree in Economics and Accounting, and in her career has stepped out of the traditional Corporate roles to take on challenges in the areas of Public Transport, Heavy Vehicle Policy and Traffic Management.
